They replace the rubber cone in the suspension, i have never used them or rode in a car fitted with them, so i guess im not much good to you then,

I had a thought that those big rubber cones might have more support that a spring.

Well rubber has proven itself to be very sufficient.. if it wasn't, nobody would be running rubber suspension anymore

Unless i'm mistaken, there was talk in the A/C thread about extending the budget...

and...unless you have alot of excess $$$$$$$$$$ they are not worth it.

There is nothing wrong with the way a rubber coned mini handles on a good set of shocks and possibly a rear swaybay with some good tires.

Its not totally useless... just the money could be better spent in other areas... making the motor go faster/be more reliable, and of course making the car stop better once the motor is faster.
