Can anybody give me some tips on removal of the centre main bearing cap? I've removed the other two relatively easily, but this one wont budge, but I can't see that there would be anything causing it to be stuck, other than those locator ring thingoes being a bit reluctant. And obviously I don't particularly want to whack it with a hammer!

Obviously the crank is still in it?
Hit one end of crank away from the block with a lump of wood, the leverage will dislodge the centre main cap.
