These were both fine until the motor transplant and now I have no feel in the clutch pedal.
I have tried to bleed the slave cylinder but soon as the pedal is released the pressure is gone and the pedal is soft again.
I have noticed no leaks and by observation when the clutch pedal is pumped a few times to build up enough pressure and travel in the slave cylinder whislt holding the clutch depressed I can see the slave cylinder lose pressure and move back in slowly.
Which one is the possible culprit? (please be slave ).
What other signs or bleeding procedures can help to identify the problem?

Cheers

Yeah, sure
Lie on your back & stick your hand up onto the rod linking the clutch pedal to the master cylinder. Odds on you'll find it leaking.

Then the fun really begins!

id say if it was fine befor the moto transplant that the littlestop screw in the clutch cover that pushes up against the clutch arm is not adjusted right, if you wind it out it raises the friction point, if wound in soft clutch

I hear you but I should still be able to get enough extension on the slave so I can at least get it into gear.

I can even get my big hands up there  without removing the ventilation duct.
So far it feels dry. I will try again till I reach the link for the master cylinder :x

Sorry, first question I should have asked is is it losing fluid?

BTW, if the pedal is dry, then its likely not to be the master giving you the problem.
