Castrol error prompts recall

CASTROL Australia is voluntarily recalling an incorrectly packaged lubricant, warning its use will harm the performance of vehicles' braking systems.
The lubricant, which cannot be used as brake fluid, has been packaged in four-litre dark grey bottles and incorrectly labelled as Castrol Response Dot 4 brake fluid.
The company has warned that using the substance would result in a "detrimental performance" of vehicles' braking systems.
The correctly labelled product for Castrol Response Dot 4 comes in a red bottle and this product is not being recalled.
Anyone who has purchased the recalled product should immediately contact Castrol Customer Service on 1800 681 099.
