Hi all!

Can someone please tell me why a car will cough and splutter in cold weather, but drive well in warmer weather.

Coz in the morning my car is a dog to drive, but in the afternoon it seems fine.

Thanks.

Is your choke in working order?

I used to have this problem when my choke wasn't working properly make sure your choke and cabling are properly installed first if so then just pull the choke outa touch and let it warm up to the bottom line on the temp gauge before you take off. Its a good idea to let these older engines warm up a bit before you drive them. any other questions just P.M. me ok . Best of luck.
