Can someone explain why their is two types of chrome mould trim and what each should be on? I have seen plain profile trim (as used on J_A_M) and also a swanky 'shaped' profile trim (mainly seen on roundies). Anton. |

The shaped stuff looks sweet. Wish I knew which was which before using the plain on my own Mini. |

Jam I think one strip is plain and the other has two rises with one close hard up against the guards made of plastic and just pushes on. |

the fancy stuff is for the cooper cars. If you want a std car as you seem to be intending then the plain stuff it is. Use what you want. personally i have the fancy stuff on the van and the plain on the clubman. |
