Good spotting!!! :) :)

Nice little engine that i have small onboard speakers on this pc and it sounded pretty good. I'd say it'd fit nicely and still have the neccessary space for a decent radiator and other go fast bits in as well.

Been hunting around for prices and ive found a few websites n they are like 10grand US........ $5grand for a stocker, then u can stroke em, filt a blower, twin carbs....... Im not sure how they are justifying that price, it is only a miniture engine..... U could get a Chevy Big Block crate engine for $15000 AUD.... N thats the real deal!

Then getting parts for it, and if it needs a rebuild not too far down the track, how bout gearboxes? I reckon it would be way to expensive.

your paying that much because of the craftmenship and the size think about it its the same with mobile phone the bigger ones fetch little prices and the small ones go for at least x2 the price.

I agree $10000 far too much even still but what size V8 canu fit into a mini engine bay with completely ruining and cutting backj into the firewal and fronty part of the cabin. and then its likel;y it wont be legal to register anyways.

Nice concept idea though.

Im happy with my 1360 :D

Was just a b*llshit idea to put it into a mini. Its way to small! But this guy has all the tooling equipment there to make a larger one i spose. Still pretty cool tho, pity about the price, would be good to have sittin on the dinner table at home!

There is a smaller V8 available in kit form (well , last saw it advertised in an American engineering magazine) , from memmory it was the Donnnely V8 and was designed for 1/4 scale cars and boats , seen some great video of a scale 32 ford hotrod doing burnouts that you'd swear was full size till the owner walked up beside it and you realised it was only 18" long ....
