The 1275 LSs has 12x4.5s if that helps. They were built in '78.

All Ozzie Clubman GT's had 10's (4.5" wide?)

Early Pommie 1275GT's had 10's. Late Pommie 1275GT's has 12's.

Now now...be nice :)

My car runs on 12's due to the metro vented (12X6 from Hillman Imp Sport) and I was thinking of ways of rustling up a spare set to run autocross etc on without killing my road tyres.

I'm eyeing up the idea of having a set of 12" GT rims widened...otherwise there's bugger all else available in 12" without spending big money.

If I put 4.5" rims on with the flares I have it'll have that Escort rally look.....s'pose it's not the end of the world....

10" wheels I can understand having 3.5" wide but 12's thats shocking I barely got traction with the 4.5" wide 12's I had on my 1275 LS. I ended up buying performance superlights with 12"x5" wheels. Mostly cvause I wanted safer wheels for those occasional long journey's that the LS endures.

The car is an ex-mini7 so the flares are damn near bigger than the rest of the car - I need OUTset

Pretty sure the 12's are either 4.5 or 5....just trying to figure out if it's one or the other, or could it be either......if that makes sense.
