I've already got one of these comming in from 68delux, but for the rest of you who are still looking for one, it seems they are still available from lynxcorp, atleast according to my source.
I've was emailing
[email protected] about the 440 in an offset and decided to ask about the 445, it seems they will do them, but it has to be in batches of 3 or more. heres the complete convo..

HI YES IT IS POSSIABLE BUT NEED TO DO A BATCH RUN SO YOU WOULD HAVE TO PLACE AN ORDER OF MORE THAN OR AT LEAST THREE FILTER ASSEMBLIES THEN I CAN DO

so there you have it, they are still attainable, just not in single orders. it would appear from the first reply, they possibily dont even cost more then the normal offset.
