ok so what does it mean if the centre and the overhanging part of a sparkplug is a creamy colour... and the rest of the top is black ? as it feel like my plugs are fouling

cleaned it off and it works fine but id love to know wats wrong with my mixture to be causing this...

It happens to most of em....it shows the thing has been burning up the fuel....you should try and keep them clean by grit blaster, wirebrush or carefully scraping the crud away (but not down to bare metal)....say once every 1-2 month(ish).

Be careful not to change the gap once you have it right or be rough with the ceramic insulator (they crack fairly easy)

Doesnt it mean its running a bit rich?
Do you see any smoke if you rev it hard?

yeah i wire brushed it :) ...only took 2-3 weeks tho

some dgreeser in a can and a wire brush...two min job then put the plugs back in.

the fuel is probably rich..OR u've got piston probs...

when i split mine in half...for a few months it would always foul...if ur engine is a lil hottie..u could try 'hotter' plugs...should burn more fuel.
