i have just been given a set of extractors and a bigger exhaust pipe for my moke. i also have an intake that has been cut off a stock manifold. could i use this to run my 1100 or would it ice up as it no longer has a the exhaust heat keeping it warm. if i can use it, is there anything i can do to make it even better? the carb is 1 1/2. su

Short answer is yes
Its a common modification. A fair bit of heat comes from there once the engine warms. In all but the severest of frosts, you wont have icing.

I would be more worried about iced toes and fingers in a moke than an iced carby *s*.
