Every now and then i think of a cool new numberplate and look on the VicRoads site to check it's availability... 99% of the time they're already taken... who the hell has them all?! I don't see that many on the road... are they stashed away in garages or am i just not seeing them in the areas i travel?

Who has MINI67 for instance?... that's one i want.

Maybe if it's ok we could start a regiser with who has which plates. I'd be interested to know.

I have the victorian plate MINI-98, though its not on a car or will it be for a long time if at all. :D

Generally, most MINI-?? are taken between 62-78, and numbers below about 15.

I have VIC black with white WEEVAN in readiness for when I get my early morris van on the road. Had a customer in a while back with a new mini getting bonnet/roof/rear stripes, he had INIM (look at it in a mirror). :)

So that was you! I saw you driving down Riversdale Road about 6 months ago. I remember because of the plates... makes me think if it's a smart idea to get custom plates unless i'm going to be super courteous and within the letter of the law when driving.
