well finally started work on the mini...

was wondering, the four bolts that come out of the top of the subframe, can they be replaced? and how much would they cost?

also, is there an easy way to remove the rubber cone suspension without the specific compression tool?

$7 each. Most mini suppliers

If you've got the frame out just remove the top suspension arm and the cone will wiggle it way out, with some assistance

Yeah ive always been able to squeeeze the cones in and out on my subframes once they were out of the car.
