I have a stack of old race programs that came with the bathurst car. It raced all over aus and the person who raced it kept most of the programs, so I can have a look for you when I am up at my fathers place next. They start in 1970 and run to about 1975. May get some info on the car, ie races and car numbers. From that you can look for some photos of the car racing that will help with the resto.

G'day there, I am researching a blue/white Mini Cooper S raced from about 1967 by Alf Colledge, mostly at Victoria circuits along with the odd hillclimb, later campaigned by Ron Simmons into the 1970s and beyond. Does anyone recall the car or know of a good source for Australian Touring Car race results? Unfortunately I don't have access to any of the period magazines like AMS but wonder if there are any websites worth looking at. Cheers, Damien

I also have a car you may be able to help me out with. Another aledged x bathurst cooper S (doubt it), but also owned and raced by a driver named Steve Porter?... Anyone have any clue.

Mick , is this the same car that's currently in the for sale section under Cooper S at shannons ? Looks like Alf Colledge beside driver on the left front guard .
