Guys,

Can anyone advise me on the following.

The thrust washer for the upper suspension arm, is it meant to fit snuggly into the subframe hole (ie able to just pass through the hole) where the elleptic plate is fixed to the subframe.

I am unable to fit mine through ????

Dan

If im thinking of the same thing, It's two piece... one either side of the tower...

It just slides through.. and you have to put the washers/spacers in from the front of the car..as well as a piece inside..

The washer on the right is the one. Does it just pass through the big hole in the subframe?

I think there is a little bit that fits inside the arm, then the washer/spacer should fit perfectly in the hole and the diamond like bit comes in from the outside (front) too..

The front thrust washer has a shoulder on it for it to locate in the hole in the frame properly,,,it`s also thicker than the rear one, You may have a slightly damaged frame hole if it doesn`t actually fit in,,, just a quick clearance or "De-Burr" may be in order.
