How the hell do u install these bastards? ive got sum new old stock items, and they seem to be crazily way too big!

same as these suckers here, has someone else done this before? whay is it so hard?

ive got the clubman heater, so i have the demister vents running up the firewall, but i cant even get it in that far yet!

They're not very hard, they lean back at the top, they don't actually sit vertically that is why they are bigger.

When you put them in, curve them gently so that they may squeeze into and over the dashrail ledge, they will then spring back into position. The outer edges are placed under the door rubbers.

When you curve them, be careful not to fold or crease them, as the marks will be very noticeable if you do so. Be sure you have done all you wish to do to the dash before they are fitted, as removing tham can cause these folds and creases if you're not careful.

Cheers mick, will give that a go again. I'm trying to be nice, but when ur locked upside the ning nong of a car, fidling etc, even with the seats out, its a paint in tha backside!
