I just bolted the brake master cylinder back on and now the bottom brake pipe wont screw back into it it came with red bit of plastic type plugs in it and i removed them and the top one fits but the bottom will not screw in tried for ages whats the problem is the bottom hose a different size thread |

dual brake master cylinder top pipe fits bottom wont i was meant to take the plastic plugs out right and the thread seems to small on the bottom one its been fully overhauled |

if its a dual master ( which im guessing , you MAY be trying to put the pipe in the sensor hole ? because they are all the same thread also us the pipe union pushed all the way up on the pipe ? try lubricating it with a little brake fluid |

yes they have cut new threads by the look very new all though if there the same size it should be ok but it wont i will go try again |

i got it on but the thread doesnt go all the way when doinng it up like the nut bit is a little away from the master cylinder is this ok the pipes seem to be in ok and no leaks but still no pedal have to bleed them before any pedal |
