Does anyone know the steps of degree per maker?
ie, is it 0,5 ,10,15 or 0,3,6,9,12....... anyone??

hi there. Just wondering what the degree differences were on the marker pointing to the crank pully..most standard engines would have it there still??. im trying to get the timming right on my mini as it has started to run a lil worse lately.. i have a feeling its just the short lifetime of the mini points. |

the first is longer and is 0°, then every one is 4°, so is is 0,4,8,12, 16 |

my mechanic says that with my cam and engine specs, it needs to be set at 12 deg...but im not sure at what rpm.. pretty hard seeing as i dont have a tacho either. oh well. cheers. K |
