Eeeer well technicly it may be a factory colour... You see I somehow think that the mini designers secretly put something in the cars so that they eventually will turn that colour. From my sexperience the colour change usually begins to take place within 10 years.
Seems only the poms have masterd this colour changing technology...

In the door jambs there it sort of looks like Sand Beige (where the paint would have been more protected from the elements)

The colour on the compliance plate will be "1/Sand Beige/3" --> That's if it is the same colour, don't know about the rust colour on the outside of the car --> maybe a respray in a different colour?

looks a little like "Caditz" (not sure of the spelling), it was a standard colour on early Clubmans - sort of a orangy/brownish/rusty colour (looked good on the GT's though with gold stripes)

I found it! The paint code is:

1 / RUSTIC BROWN / 3

BTW, Wouldn't the colour more likely be the colour in the rear pockets and inside skins?
Looks more like crystal white from here..

It's quite a neat uniform shade of rust, isn't it!
