I read in the w/shop manual to put no more the 200ml of 140 SAE grade oil in the rack. Has any 1 used anything better?

140 is best if you can get it.
I used 90/140EP, it's OK too.
A bit extra doesn't hurt.

My rack is 1970 vintage, never been out of the car, and it's still OK.
Secret: keep it full of oil...

Oil is good, don't be tempted to use grease, as the grease car makers use in Oz is specially batched and isn't the over the counter stuff you and i can buy.
