I read in the w/shop manual to put no more the 200ml of 140 SAE grade oil in the rack. Has any 1 used anything better?

140 is best if you can get it.
I used 90/140EP, it's OK too.
A bit extra doesn't hurt.

My rack is 1970 vintage, never been out of the car, and it's still OK.
Secret: keep it full of oil... :wink:

Oil is good, don't be tempted to use grease, as the grease car makers use in Oz is specially batched and isn't the over the counter stuff you and i can buy.
