I have the Gregory's mechanics manual but it doesn't tell me the minimum thickness for the 8.4" disk rotor.

Anyone in Ausmini land able to tell me?

8mm I think.
Besides, for $35 per rotor for newies I'd just go that way. 8)

Thanks Speedy.

I saw the plain rotors for sale the other day. Auction ended yesterday i think for $79+delivery.
I know someone who works at AutoPro and he's pricing up a pair for me (probably DBA brand.)

Wouldn't mind those slotted ones, would be sooo much more effective aye!

Or put some standard lower temp brake pads in there to get some bite... Those are Metal King pads you have there. The last set in Aus. I had to get to get them from Perth.

1st stop on a cold morning can be interesting, eh?

The pads i've ordered are EBC (green stuff?) or something like that.

Must admit though Stu, car always stops quick when necessary...
