Just got back from a trip to England.
Went to a Mini meeting near Southwick on the South Coast organised by Brighton Districts Mini Club. About 150 cars and a Great day.
Heres some pics: Think the one with the rectangle headlights (ugly) was a rare Wood & Pickett woodie. Could be wrong. Loads of BMW minis in the UK. Was talking with a guy there and said there seems to be more Clubbies in Aus (in West Aus anyway) but not many in the UK. He said the Clubby was always considered the ugly duckling so was less popluar. But now as they are rarer over there are now saught after. Yuck to all of them. Even that pickup.. don't like any of them.. I can believe that about there being more clubbys over here.

I will soon.
Need to get on with some work now :)
The red van has a BWM supercharger.
The guy said they have problems with it icing up in the winter.

Also went to see some Stock Car racing. Inc some Mini only races. Fortunately no Minis in the demo derby. Was an interesting Pink very modified lightweight 1440cc Mini in superstocks[img]

Sorry about the size of some of those.
Notice the rear wheels of the Mystery Machine are wider than the front :?

never seen a clubby yet on the road, only at the mini shows where there are only a few and most of them are clubby estates or have had engine conversions because they fit better in a clubby.
