1. I like the orange flowers on the treein the front yard. You mustn't have water restrictions.
2. The flexible rubber hose between the fuel pipe and the weber has no clamps fitted and it appears to be split.

Otherwise you have done good young fella

The tree doesn't have flowers, it has fruit.
The fruit is kumquat.

The hose isn't split - it only appears to be because of the spring clips that are holding it to each of the ends of the solid fuel lines.

Weber was a good addition at only $150; complete as you see it (with manifold) :)
