Hi guys I am putting new upper and lower ball joints in my mini and the keep binding up on the seat. I have the 3 shims plus the locking plate but once the big nut is tightened it binds up. Do you think I should use some of the old bushes as well or is something else wrong?

I never have much luck with this search engine but i tried it and I came up with this. http://www.ausmini.com/forums/viewtopic ... all+joints I think i just gotta clean the grease off then tighten it up then adjust the shims to suit then grease.
