HI guys,
So who's off to Bathurst??? My self and my father is off and 2 of my best mates and The bloke who got me into MINIs.

I am bring My 1968 Cooper S down and am really looking forward to the weekend.


Please Don't respond to this Thread if all your going to do is complain about the Cost, or the event. This could be a great way for us to get to know each other before the event, to make it even better

I too was going even snared myself use of a corporate box til my brother inlaw and his woman decide to announce their wedding on that weekend :x some people are soooo inconsiderate!

that was like Betta Electrical putting on the conference same weekend as historic racing @ Leyburn. At least I got to meet Craig Lowndes again

I've let Craig now about this weekend as he has a Round nose and is going to put a sports pack arches and 13" wheels. and apparently it's a weapon :D

It's on the 5th October, Appaerntly there are only a few spots left if you want to do the Parade lap.. just before the V8 Supercars hit the track

Don't mind him... he doesnt have a clue about what things money can buy or what things are worth :P :lol:

Regarding Craig's Mini.
I believe it was bought from Adelaide.
It is light blue with white roof, had 10" performance superlites, 7.5" S brakes, S replica.
Non mini sports seats with matching door cards and roof lining.
I believe it also has air conditioning.

I know he was looking at this car, but am unsure if this was the one he settled for or not.

I can't go to Bathurst... I don't have a mini worth taking, and my private flight fell through.
