Hi guys and gals, I am posting here on the off-chance that someone knows where there is a 3 synchro Cooper S gearbox available. My car has has a 4 synchro 22G1128 fitted but I would like to change back to original. All help really appreciated. Best regards Al |

Hi Jed, I've tried a few private guys and Murrey Lockie in Auckland, Swift in Christchurch and a guy by the name of Jim Maud who advertized S stuff in the last Classic Cars mag. He first said he couldn't help, then said he could but has yet to produce anything. Regards Al |

hmm, maby strong bros in auckland, or able parts may have somthing, or Jai Monaghan(minicranks.com), or even lee norman(minibitz.co.nz). Im sure somone willknow of one somewhere, under a tree probably! oh, um, Miniracing.co.nz, the forum n there, it can take ages for somone to reply, but theres alot of people on there who seem to know alot of people... jed |
