Approximate guide. 8.4" moke/1275LS/rover brakes: Allow spending $1200 for full reco set plus 12" wheels if you have 10s. 7.5" cooper s/clubman gt: Allow spending $2000 for newies, but you can keep the 10" wheels. 8.4" metro turbo vented brakes: Allow spending $2000 to fully reco a set, and get correct hubs. |

9 1/4 inch brake conversion done by my mate Alan starting from $800 drive in drive out. Doesn't use mini brakes. You will need 12 or 13 inch wheels. Call him on (02) 9681 5122 for more info. You would probably need to have them engineered, but I don't see a problem with that - I drove around with mini for over two years - and no problems getting a pink or even a blue slip. |

Can't help there, but some people can get a all the parts and work done cheaper than a set of mini discs, the catch is if you want them legal, they will require engineering, which makes them just as expensive. |
