Just wondering is it possible to use a generic PCV valve off another car make for the mini? I was advised to use a holden valve by a mini workshop 
I know you can buy these new but its kinda expensive and just want to know 1st if there's an alternative way. Cheers |

Most other PCVs do not go straight into the inlet manifold like the Mini one does. Many go to a connection on the carb's throttle, eg on downdraft Webers (Fiat, etc). So they don't have the diaphragm valve thingy which regulates flow vs vacuum level. |
