hey guys just wondering how easy is it to remove subframe to remove the gearbox and replace? thanks, scott |

You're better off pulling the whole engine and gearbox out the top and popping the block off it then. Removing the subframe to get the engine out is a lot more difficult. |

once the engine is out its fairly easy, if you canfollow a hanes manual. just a few things to watch: 1. buy a flywheel puller 2. re-fitting the oil pickuo o-ring 3. refiting the primary gear seal um, cant think of the rest... but read the manual and see how you feel about it first. |
