Can this type of side mirrors be repaired or adjusted to make it firm/tight again?

its quite annoying that you cant rely on it as soon as the wind hits it or bumps it moves.

Are the bullet type mirrors have the same bolt mounting pattern?

I really dont want to drill a new set of holes to install another set of mirrors
