Bosch sell 7 inch round headlight kits and I suppose there are other cheaper brands; otherwise try the wreckers. The bucket + lens setup is pretty generic in older cars. They pretty much all use standard H4 bulbs whcih you can buy at any auto store. H4s have the same socket type as existing Mini headlights so are plug and play.

Older metal bucket/glass lens setups are best if you intend to run high powered lights as newer plastic version can melt.

Even if you don't intend to uprate your lights too much (whats wrong with 140/100 bulbs 8-) ) relays are a good idea...

Go to your local wrecker and get the lights out of an 80's Pajero, they're H4 type halogen. Or a GQ Patrol.

Dad got some Pajero ones for his Mustang - cost about $40 :D

the 4wd megga store in kings park has them $120 and super crap on richmond rd about $130 i was looking for these on weekend. give me a yell when u put yours in so i can give u a hand and see the differance.
