It went OK, i think i won my class and was 1st production vehicle around 5th or 6th outright. Theres a asian guy who drives a PRB clubman, going forwards i can't catch him, but going backwards i take hugh chunks of time oout of him, im hoping it was enough to get him at the end of the day. Cooper S went well with it's new weber fitted, just had to adjust my driving style a bit from the old twin 1 1/2 Su's that were on it. Doogie |

i think you need one with low "sunk in" terminals, i had one that was supposed to be in a mercedies somthing or other, very similar to the one in my 88 alfa 33qv, so that may work. |

If its anything like the Traveller you'll need a "European" style battery with recessed terminals. Mine cost about $130 around a month ago... Cheers, Ian |

i have the terminals poking out on mine. the battery rests on the back wall so they wont touch the body work. I got a battery today. it is the standard mini one. |

Doogie recess it in the load bay floor just behind where it usually goes then a big kmart cheapy will do $62 and the terminals will then sit flush with the floor. Put rubber round the edge and strap the battery in, carpet over the top and its invisable. ![]() One drill and a jig saw ![]() Steve |
