Basically it is a car setup competition.

You log on (at least) once a day to do practice, qualifying, warmup & then the race result is based upon your car & driver settings, and a bit of luck!

^^ What he said, plus you control the outcome by setting the race strategy. Think of it a race engineer simulation.

It's easy to learn, and if you have any questions there are enough people on here (or your team mate) to help out. 8)

So when does the race/qualifying actually take place?

I've just signed up and done my practice (pretty bad times  ) - what now?

Yup, if there is a free slot left in a team take it, or start your own team from what's available.

I recommend that you take some time to read the Help documents, and feel free to PM me with any questions. 8)

No probs, thanks.

Stupid me didn't realize there was more to just the car setup... I used all my runs without changing driver setup and the rest!

D'oh, sorry teamate.

The driver setup page only affects the RACE, not the warmups or qualifying.

I just crashed in practice. :x Does this actually mean anything or is it just that you lose practice laps. Do you need to worry about anything to do with costs? I noticed at the start there was a team spending amount or something?
