but i do not have a record of who was going to be staying with 'us' in wagga on thurs, syd on fri, panthers on sat, and syd on sun night....
and as i know many people will not register with this temp forum as they are waiting for the true blue to come back, i wouldn like ALL those who are staying each night to please get in contact with me before friday the 18th august (THE NEW CUT OFF DATE) via email to [email protected]

the information you will need to know:
SA CREW: you will be leaving approx 6:30am (you will need to talk to someone from SA for more details) and will arrive in Wagga Wagga at aprox 6:30pm
VIC CREW: Geelong crew will be leaving from Geelong at 12 midday, heading up to melb to pick up anyone we need to and heading up the Hume FWY and then up Olympic HWY, arriving in Wagga Wagga at approx 6:30pm

the next morning, we will all be leaving for syd at 9am

these are just rough estimations of time.
but i NEED to know the number of people staying so i can book accomodation (as the more people we have the harder it is to find a place to stay)

please email me with your name and ausmini user name, if you will be by yourself or bringing others, where you are from (and for the VIC crew, if you will be leaving from geelong or from melb), and what nights you will be staying with us (thurs/wagga, fri/syd, sat/panthers, sun/syd)

so far, we will be heading back on the monday....

This was silly of me to even consider coming, and i really did.
Got glasses (eyes) to get, they still broke, Tassie minifest is the weekend after this, and it is the week before uni exams, and im planning to go to Melbourne for a footy final or 2. So sydney is a no go. But it will would been fun.

but people like u who r considerring flyin up, just go up on the fri night and fly back sun night... so its just an ordinary w/e trip...

well, i think the syd people spent approx $150 on petrol to get from syd to torquay...
so SA people will need twice that and prob more.... keep that in mind...

now, i have found some pretty cheap hostels, but i am not releasing definate detail untill after the cut off date (fri 18th august) when i have the numbers who are staying with us. then i will have a discussion with adee and willy and we will decide where we are staying. then i will release info of places and prices here...

NOTE: the info i release AFTER the cut off date only refers to the people who have asked me to organise their accom. those who decide after the cut off date that they wish to come i reccommend you look at where we are staying and then try to book your own accommodation there yourselves...
