have tried searching but couldnt find an answer.

bought some contessas on the weekend, but they didnt come with nuts.
had a look on ebay and there is someone selling them in sets of 4 for ~$20
so im looking at about $80 for a full set.
is there somewhere else i can get them from that would be cheaper?

I have found MiniSport in SA to be the cheapest for Contessa nuts, although their price went up recently.

A place in Sydney wants $8 / nut !

Check your Contessas to see if you need washers too.

It looks like it has them already. Washers are steel & have a taper bore to suit the Contessa nut.
If not fitted there is a square recess all round the hole.
When you buy Contessa nuts they usually come with chromed washers, but if they are in there already, leave `em be, no worries.
The chrome won't last long BTW- it's bloody thin.

DO NOT put extra washers on it outside the existing ones (which are flush with wheel centre when fitted). If you do this the nuts will not centre the wheel properly.

I've got a few spare wheel nuts for various mini rims but would need to know the diameter of the specific ones you need as the contessas I had have been sold complete with nuts so I have nothing to compare.
