Howdy,

So, I have pulled apart the wiper motor to clean old grease and put new grease in, etc...
The wheel inside (2 speed) has a hole worn through the contact.

No sweat, ill get a new one to replace it...
No one has any!

Where do you find them? Should I just whack the old one in (it was working) dont know if it'll work anymore

If you mean the steel face to the gear, Mini Spares Center has after market laser cut stainless steel plates for replacement. The first one I got was not cut concentrically. They were suprised when I showed them and they gladly gave me another one. No more corroding contact areas. 80 Gibson Avenue, Padstow. 97743366.

Or just do what Al from MiniCentral over here in Perth does. . .get yourself a bit of thin metal sheet. . .steel , brass whatever you like. . .and cut your own out with nail scissors.

Sweet, I made my own :)
I got a Dremel kit for Fathers Day and used it with a carbide tungsten tip.

No sheet metal, copper or anything around so I went inside to make myself a cup of Milo... AHA!!!! The Milo lid looked good.

Grabbed the lid, marked it and now I have a nice new shiny contact for the cog.

Pics to follow :)
