I've just been handed the october 1966 issue of Wheels magazine.

it's got a Buckle Fastback on the cover and an interesting article about upcoming gallaher 500 at bathurst...

Apparently "The big battle this year could be between the Alfas and the BMC works team of 1275 Minis"

never realised they entered that many ... :D


Ooh... a neptune racing team Add... :)

and a castrol add with a mini.. "Through hell, snow and high water - yet only 1/1000 inch wear!"

Mind you the Alfa 1750 team did have a numerical advantage.
