I would like to see some pictures of other people's mini undercarriages, just because I'm trying to figure out what the hell the previous owner has done to mine! I've only just noticed (after seeing a pic in another thread) that mine is rather different to other peoples, I'll take some pics in the morning to explain what I mean because I'm only going to confuse myself and everybody else explaining it with words.

Mate, I would show you mine but its had a lot of welding done with replacement floor panels and such. What is exactly different about yours, might be a case of you show us yours...so ill wait to see the pic. I have one up on stands at the moment so (for once) I can easily fit under it...lol
thanks,

Jim.

I'll take a photo in the morning and see what some of the experts here can offer up, perhaps it's just normal (i didn't think much of it until now). It's too hard too explain, but I believe it's been modded in some way, the sides of the undercarriage where it would usually be a straight diagnal down is round instead of just straight like usual, and the pic I'm looking at at the moment has embossed lines on the undercarriage also. Probably makes no sense, as I said it's hard to explain :D

Lift up the carpet from inside the car and it looks all normal, no rust, etc.
