Would these be able to work in a mini or not? Do you realise that the DSE digital tacho is a KIT which you have to assemble the components in the PCB yourself? |

Not sure about the speedo, but the tacho should work no pronlems, it should wire into the coil to get it's signal... |

Those kind of kits can be built with a little patience and an instruction sheet. Most kits come complete with the PCB, components and instrucions... If they don't supply the PCB then you'll have to make it and that is NOT simple. I have built up a few kits previously, they are fiddly but not impossible! |

ive got that dse kit in the celica, gave it to a mate witha six pack and rang me up 2 hours later sounding a bit different saying he has finished it, havent in stalled it yet, i also have a eletronic speedo going in the mini, vdo make them on the pacific hwy lindfeild, works on pulses |

I was thinking of getting one of those... does the sender fit where the normal speedo cable goes or does it get it's pulses from somewhere else? |
