  theres 3 possible ways of getting your handds on a subframe.. ask either stuart or con , they've been talking about selling a subframe with cut cv's for $2500...

lastly, go find a chick with a dad thats a steel fabricator, start going out with her, and get him to make you a subby :P i was luckily enough to meet dennis turner just in time, and i grabbed his old subby, the only things thats left of the mini subby is the towers and the base of it where it bolts to the floor of the car, the triangle parts..

people have been talking about selling them, but with legal issues and id imagine the finish product is causing them not to be produced, but i recon they will hit the market soon..

good luck

find an engineer, buy a motor, a welder, a few bits of RHS and make your own

If ya speak to Con Torisi, I'm sure he'll be happy to give ya some much needed info. I guarantee he had a nightmare getting all the geometry setup

Actually the geometry isnt that hard. Basically just line up the driveshafts with the mini hubs and thats where it has to sit. Then make your frame and mounts around the engine where it is sitting. With a g13b in a round nose the master cylinders need to be pushed back a bit and the alternator placed in the guard like mine. Also need a smaller water pump pulley.

looks like I may be building a swift subframe for a roundnose sometime soon... would like to share yours and my learnings from the process. My engineer is in Melbourne, he is a good guy and really helpful....

so I take my own advice, find an engineer (check), buy a welder (check check), and a heap of RHS (check)....
