the ones that come up on ebay every now and then are nice wheels - I can't believe how they do 'em so cheap, they go for $650 a set, with 4 brand new Falkens. I priced the Falkens at about $100 a pop, that makes the wheels $250 for 4... insane!

there's a set up there now: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll ... 04998&rd=1

OK....I did a ring around of a few places and most quoted $1000 - $1200 for the set.

Good 'ol Tempe Tyres do the set, DELIVERED, for $699

So they are 145 tyres.....big whoopie....I still rate them as being acceptable (although 10 years ago I was fitting 265's to my SLR.... ...what a come down!!)

I think the ones on ebay are the same wheel/tyre combo, but I don't like the way that mob do business. I contacted them a few times and they didn't even know the offset of the product they sell....and they are more expensive when you add freight. :?

Kev, my in-laws are interested in the 850 shell.....I would have bought it straight away if I had the spare cash, room to put it, convinced my wife, motovation to restore 2 cars at once, etc....
