Just wondering I am doing a site on the Starlet GT Conversion. I have pics of my subframe and stuff. But no absolute details like measurements and stuff. Do you think I am still leaving myself open to litigation if someone else attempts this and hurts themselves. I have a disclaimer on relevant pages but I heard this is joke legally. Cheers Matt |

Cheers Matt I dont think so dude........so long as your not providing diagrams, schematics etc i cant see how you could possibly be open to such legislation. The disclaimer should be suitable enough. *Edit* Just read the history.........that has got to be the worst luck ive ever heard of...lol. Also as a side not, in regards to legal things, you might want to take the comment about that particular vehicle repairer off. Comments like that can possibly get you in trouble.......and trust me it happens. Both Fast Fours and Ausmini I believe have had trouble in the past. |

Nah guys not going to rip it down taken me ages to put up. Just thought I would get some thoughts from others about this kind of issue because it has been playing on my mind since I started. Will take your advice Mini K about the particular proprietor, which page do you know I can't remember what's on what anymore. Cheers |

Looking at your site, you seem to have clearly identified your intentions of using an engineer to sign off all work carried out. You have also clearly identified the need for engineering sign off on the conversion. You may be ok, but it may be worth asking a legal boffin the question though. Cheers Aaron |
