The starter wont mesh with the flywheel . The starter was cleaned and the movement of the coggy bit was free and it moved up and down freely. The starter was working fine before removal.

The starter spins but the pinion wont engage the flywheel.
The battery is a little low, do you think the starter just isnt spinning up enough to move the pinion?
