Guys,

Did the 850's come out with a door card glued to the outer skin (on the inside of the door) or was it just the material (vinyl) that was glued to the door skin??

850 (and 997) door cards were a plain coarse vinyl bonded (backed) with a horse hair / hessian type sound deadener material. these were glued onto inside of the doors, with folded (vinyl covered) thick card trim pieces at each end to hide edges and door inners. There was also a thick card liner screwed into the bottom of the door pockets.

Do your doors have proper drain tubes? if not the doors tend to fill with water and rot everything!

Cheers Graham.

I'll check my drainage hole too.
