I don't know wher it is but the paul smith mini is beside it so it's in the UK.

Paul smith did the multi coloured (stripey) mini beside it as a project.

The Chrome can actually be painted on. Their are paints that are chrome finish(not spray chrome). But they are illegal and you wouldn't get this on the road in Aus

That chrome mini is owned and designed by David Bowie (yes, the pop singer)....... and if I am not mistaken, in that picture it is on display in the Design Museum in London alongside the Paul Smith Mini, a mini designed by Kate Moss (the model) and a mini designed by Neville Elder (a fashion desginer).

if you saw this car driving down the street all you would see would be a ball of light, as it would reflect soo much

Either that or it would reflect the colours of everything around it and be damn near impossible to see , especially on a road with overhanging trees or around grey buildings . Be the perfect camoflage in a lot of instances ....
