Are there any early clubman floor panel reproductions out there? I have the newer replacement floor panels, but the fit isn't all that great. I can make them work, but would be interested if someone had the floor panels that have the hydrolastic chanels and remote bulge in drivers side. |

Yeah, I might just cut a slot where they fit in and get a few bits of Zintex bent to size and tig em in, might be easier. Going to give it a bash on the weekend after welding in Ed's rear end. |

I cut the l/h floor out of a clubbie at pick and pay with a battery drill and cold chisel. Left enough to trim and fit , then had it welded in . |

Elmo, either you drilled ALLOT of holes or you went nuts with a cold chisel, surely the panel would have been deformed with all the beatng? |
