gday all.

have spent the last couple of weeks striping, sanding, and re,undercoating my bonnet and boot lid.
gave them both a good three coats of the same black gloss rust guard paint b4 a couple of coats of primmer.
came up quite well.
for now im only just painting the inside sections black and leaving the outer side in undercoat for the panel shop to worry about.

now ive started on the front doors.
one of the doors has been completly striped so this was easy to sand and get ready for the same treatment as the boot and bonnet but the 2nd door still has glass fitted plus the chrome edge that lies along the top of the door. and the triangle window in the corner as well.

just woundering on how to remove the chrome trim plus the glass and triangle window as well???

or can i just mask it off,,,wind the window down, mask over the holes inside the door and then repaint it??

what would a panel shop do???would they remove everything or mask what is hard to remove??
any advice send my way.

thanks all...

brien.
