There's a few boat shops in Adelaide, depends where you are. There is a Whitworths in Port Adelaide as someone already suggested.
Could also try Jaycar

I know Blackwoods Engineering outlets and also electrical trade stores such as Auslec sell stuff like that. I don't know what their policy is with selling direct to the public. I guess if you walked in and asked for something they would sell it to you.
