The clutch wont disengage.

It has worked after I rebuilt it.

The slave is moving the arm and the arm is returning against the stop when the pedal is released.

I have adjusted the stop to no avail.

Anyone got a procedure for checking.

Thanks

Bloke, has it just siezed againts the flywheel? Often with standing they get surface rust and nip up, try shocking it, pump the pedal a few times, then try starting it in gear with the clutch depressed, CAUTION! give yourself some room, and I take it your brakes are all in good working order!!

Or, it is just not dissengaging, wear on clutch arm ball / spigot, clevis pins and holes etc....

Common problem, put in new clutch arm, inspect for wear etc.

Have you put a new clutch plate in?
